• Manufactured according to GOST 25951 in four grades as sleeve, half-sleeve, and sheet

• Grade 'O' - 30-100 microns

• Grade 'P' - 80-200 microns

• Grade 'U' - 30-70 microns

• Grade 'T' - 70-100 microns

• Our production capacities are equipped with automated imported equipment, allowing us to produce film of various densities in any required volumes. Depending on the purposes of use, polyethylene shrink film can be colored in various colors and supplemented with stabilizing, shrinkable, sliding, UV, and other additives.

• The manufacture of polyethylene is carried out in compliance with industry standards and sanitary-hygienic regulations.

• The production of polyethylene film is based on the film extrusion method. Separate polymer blends are used for each type of film, which allows achieving the material with the specified characteristics.

Main properties and characteristics:

• ability to shrink upon heating;
• transparency, which allows inspecting the packaged goods and evaluating their quality and appearance without the need for unpacking;
• resistance to moisture, contaminants, ultraviolet radiation, and mechanical damage;
• elasticity, allowing not to make folds on the packaging, covering goods and cargoes.

Application

• group packaging of bottled water and soda, tin cans with energy and other drinks;
• protect construction, finishing, and landscaping bricks, preventing their displacement in stacks;
