Four Sling Bags

  • Four-sling big bags can be made from both tubular polypropylene fabric and sheeting. Straps made of woven polypropylene tapes are sewn into the corners or along the sides of the corners of the soft container, forming four lifting points in the form of lifting loops. The versatility of the construction of 4-sling big bags allows for a wide range of size adjustments, characteristics, as well as the choice of additional elements and modifications. Thanks to this, they can transport any types of bulk industrial (including hazardous) and food products weighing from 200 to 3000 kg.

    • Depending on the requirements, containers of this type can have safety factors of SF 5:1, 6:1, and 8:1, indirectly determining the frequency of their use. Containers with SF 5:1 are intended for single use, while those with SF 6:1 and SF 8:1 can be reused provided that the integrity of all structural elements is maintained.

      • Structural Elements of Containers

        • Top of the Container and Loading
          • open top.
          • with loading valve (hatch).
          • with loading valve (hatch) and protective collar.
          • with upper assembly (skirt).
          • upper cover (latch).
          • The loading valve is a sleeve sewn to the lid of the container made of polypropylene fabric. The valve allows loading the container with minimal risk of spillage and dusting of the product. After loading, the sleeve of the valve is folded and tied with tape or cord.

          • The modification of the upper cover in the form of an assembly (skirt) allows closing the top of the bag after loading by tying the assembly with tape.

          • The upper cover is sewn to one side of the container and fixed with tape to its remaining sides after loading.

        • Bottom of the Container and Unloading
          • solid sewn-in bottom.
          • bottom with unloading valve (hatch) and protective collar.
          • bottom with unloading valve (hatch) and cover (latch)
          • When unloading big bags with a solid bottom, the fabric at the bottom of the container is cut or torn open with special knives and spreaders.

          • Modifications with an unloading valve at the bottom allow controlling the unloading process and conducting partial unloading of the product. The protective collar and cover protect the bottom valve from damage and snags.

          Structural Elements of Containers
        • Equipping with a Liner
            • For tightness and maximum cargo protection, a polyethylene liner with a thickness of 60 to 150 microns can be inserted into a soft container. Liners come in two types: regular and thermodynamic.

        • Possibility of Printing

          • Text or images can be applied to the fabric of the big bag using the four-color flexographic printing method.

          • The printed image will be vibrant, durable, and visible from afar. This is an effective way to enhance your brand recognition.
