Manual Stretch Film
Stretch film is one of the most in-demand packaging materials. It has an extremely wide range of applications, suitable for packaging both food and industrial products. Manual handling or with machine equipment (pallet wrappers) is possible for process automation.
Advantages of stretch film as a packaging material:
- Provides reliable fixation of cargo during storage and transportation;
- Resistant to punctures, tears, and temperature fluctuations;
- Has high optical transparency;
- Provides protection of the product from moisture, contaminants, and tampering.
Stretch Film for Manual Packaging
Several types of film for manual packaging are presented in the assortment. It is produced in three grades:
- H or Hand - a basic option, intended for packing goods of categories A and B. The material thickness varies from 15 to 35 microns, and the guaranteed pre-stretch level is 100%.
- UH or Ultra Hand - has a thinner thickness, while in terms of strength comparable to the H series film. The material thickness varies from 12 to 15 microns, the guaranteed pre-stretch level is 80%. The brand is designed for packaging goods of categories A and B.
- SH or Stiff Hand - a thin film that differs in increased stiffness (with a stop-effect function) and holding power. During transportation, it prevents the goods from shifting. The material thickness is 11-12 microns, the guaranteed pre-stretch level is 50%. The film is suitable for transporting goods of categories A, B, C.
