Double Sling Bags

  • Double sling big bags are made from tubular polypropylene fabric and equipped with two load-bearing straps, which are extensions of the bag's shell. Having 2 separate straps makes working with them more convenient. At the top point, each strap wraps around and is secured by a cuff made of laminated polypropylene fabric. The cuff protects the straps from possible damage when in contact with hooks and forks of lifting equipment. The bright yellow color of the cuff is highly visible, facilitating sling attachment and the work of crane or forklift operators.

    • Containers of this type are typically manufactured with a safety factor SF 5:1 and are used for one-time applications. They can transport practically any type of bulk industrial and food products weighing from 200 to 2000 kg.

          • The loading valve is a sleeve made of polypropylene fabric attached to the container lid. The valve allows loading the container with minimal risk of spillage and dusting of the product. After loading, the sleeve of the valve is folded and tied with a tape.

          • The modification in the form of an assembly (skirt) allows covering the top of the bag after loading, by tying the assembly with a tape.

        • Bottom of the container and unloading

          • For unloading big bags with a blind bottom, the fabric at the bottom of the container is cut or torn using special knives and unloaders.

          • The modification with a discharge valve at the bottom allows controlling the unloading process and performing partial unloading of the product.

          • The protective collar prevents damage and snagging of the lower valve and its tape.

        • Liner option

            • For tightness and maximum preservation of the cargo, a polyethylene liner with a thickness from 60 to 150 microns can be inserted into the soft container. Liners come in three types: standard, heat-resistant, and suspended (with a formed neck).

        • Possibility of printing

          • It is possible to apply texts or images on the fabric of the big bag using color flexographic printing (up to 4 colors).

          • The printed image will be contrasting, durable, and noticeable from a distance. It is an effective way to enhance your brand's recognition.
