Производство мешков - СП ООО SIRDARYO-MEGA-LUKS

The history of the Company began in 2009 with the establishment of a private production and trade commercial company SIRDARYO-MEGA-LUKS. On 11 October 2012 it became the basis for the SIRDARYO-MEGA-LUKS LLC under the leadership of General Director Muhiddin E Normatov.

Since that time the main activity of the Company has been the production of woven polypropylene bags.

The company has a complete production cycle for bags and soft special-purpose containers using state-of-the-art equipment, starting with the production of fibre.

The completeness, quality and timeliness of meeting each customer’s requirements are guaranteed by the use of equipment from world-renowned companies such as STARLINGER (Austria) and LOHIA (India).

We produce woven polypropylene bags in a variety of types and sizes, including conventional woven bags, block bottom bags with valve and open-neck, laminated bags, with cut handle, perforated bags.

The bags are available in standard sizes and special sizes made according to each customer’s requirements.

Our woven bags are used for packing and storage of all kinds of bulk substances, including food, building materials, mineral fertilisers etc.
They are superior to linen, jute and paper bags in terms of performance as they are air-permeable, chemically resistant, do not rot and are recyclable.

Our products have attractive full-colour flexographic printing.
For customers with special design requirements, we offer BOPP bags laminated with rotogravure printing film.

Thanks to constant and dynamic development, the Company is increasing the volume of production.

Currently we process up to 4,000 tonnes of polypropylene per month and produce up to 36 million bags and FIBCs.

In the near future, we will implement the following projects:

  • In 2021, a stretch film production line provided by SML Maschinengesellschaft mbH (Austria) with a capacity of 19,000 tonnes per year will be put into operation.
  • In the second half of 2022, we plan to start producing BOPP film on a 25,000-tonne-per-year production line of the German company Brückner Group GmbH.
  • In 2022, we will start producing non-woven polypropylene fabrics (spunbond) for use as agricultural textiles, waterproofing, medical and sanitary applications.

We employ professionals with a high level of knowledge and skills.
