Polypropylene woven bags
Polypropylene woven bags are manufactured using state-of-the-art machines provided by Starlinger (Austria) and Lohia (India), the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of equipment for the production of woven polymer containers.
The bags are manufactured using our own polypropylene sleeve fabric. We only use the highest-grade raw materials and components, so our bags meet all the requirements of GOST 35522-2013 and the technical regulations of the Customs Union on packaging safety (TR CU 005/2011).
Application of woven PP bags
Polypropylene bags are used for packing, transporting and storing various types of bulk products:
- foodstuffs: sugar, salt, flour, vegetables etc
- agricultural products: grain seeds and legumes, mixed fodders for agricultural animals and birds
- chemical products: fertilisers, soda, polymer granules, reagents, carbon black etc
- construction materials: sand, gypsum, chalk, lime, crushed stone, rubble, claydite etc
- other bulk materials.

- standard PP bags with dimensions of 55×105 cm (50 kg) and 45×75 cm (25 kg)
- lightweight fabric bags with blue sorting strips

- bags laminated with PE or BOPP film

- bags with polyethylene liner.
Woven bags with liners
Liners in polypropylene bags protect the loaded products from moisture and dust, penetration of foreign odours, substances and pests.
Bags with a PE liner make the packaging airtight:
the bagged product does not lose its properties and does not leak through the body of the bag during transport.
Depending on the packaged products, liners of various thicknesses made of HDPE or LDPE polyethylene can be used.
HDPE liners have higher insulating properties, LDPE liners have greater elasticity, puncture/stretch resistance.
For packing food products, only liners that have the appropriate certificate are used.
Cutting-edge printing technologies
Bags with a company logo or product image are an effective advertising medium and attract the attention of consumers.
We use the most advanced equipment allowing printing inscriptions and images in various ways:
Flexographic print (up to 6 colours)
It produces neat and elegant packaging simply.
This method is suitable for both mass production and small batches when there are no special requirements for the number of colours and gradients.
If only text or a simple image needs to be printed on the bags, this type of printing is the best choice.
Full-colour flexographic printing
It is suitable for the manufacture of bright and attractive packaging to stand out from the competition.
This method provides almost photorealistic quality of printed images on the surface of the bag. Thanks to smooth gradients and high resolution, most shades of colours will be clearly visible.
This printing method is especially well suited for PP bags with glossy lamination.
Full colour deep (rotogravure) printing on BOPP film
In this case, the paints are applied to the BOPP film, which is then laminated on the bag itself. The image remains under the film, and it is reliably protected from external factors. In addition, such lamination enhances the bag with extra strength.
This type of printing is suitable for the manufacture of premium-quality packaging when the marketing function plays a no less important role than the protective one. Such packaging increases sales.
Bright colours and photorealistic images on the packaging attract the eyes of buyers and allow the products to stand out in the showcase.
Parameters of produced woven bags
Woven bags are available only with an open top.
The standard colour of the bag fabric is white.
Bags can be produced from coloured fabric and with a transparent strip for visual control of the contents.
