As a rule, they begin their career in the production workshops of the Company in blue-collar positions that correspond to their major disciplines. From day one, young employees receive all the necessary support from experienced professionals who help them adapt and acquaint them with the peculiarities of the operation of the production enterprise.

To date, more than 650 highly qualified professionals who have undergone special training are involved in production. After the modernisation of the enterprise for the production of polypropylene products, the number of employees will increase to 2,500.
